  • How long does it take for my order to ship?
    Due to the nature of our products being 100% natural we do not keep a large amount of inventory on hand. To ensure your products are fresh for you, they are made to order the same day. You order will typically be ready for shipping within 24 hours
  • Do you offer expedited shipping?
    No, we only offer standard shipping. Standard shipping is a flat rate of $9 and is 2-3 business days shipping time frame. If expedited shipping is needed, please reach out to us via email with your order number and delivery expectations. We will review your order info and let you know if it is possible. Please be aware there will be an additional shipping fee.
  • What carrier do you use for shipping?
    We have partnered with USPS for standard shipping. For international orders, Fedex or UPS may be used. When receiving free shipping, the most convenient shipping is selected.
  • How long does shipping take?
    Standard shipping is 2-3 business day. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Due to Covid-19, there may periodically be shipping delays. A tracking number is provided immediately when shipped.
  • Do you ship outside of the United States?
    Yes, international shipping is available. Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based off the shipping address you have used.
  • Can I return or exchange a product?
    All products are final sale. Due to the nature of our products, no returns or exchanges are available. We offer a sample kit for first time customers. Feel free to email us and we would be happy to provide a kit to you.
  • What if I enter the wrong shipping address?
    If you realize that you entered the incorrect shipping address, please email us immediately to fix this error. Once your order is shipped, we can not make any changes to your shipping address.
  • My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
    All orders are packaged properly to avoid breakage. If your order arrives damaged, a claim must be submitted through USPS.
  • What if I do not receive an order confirmation after placing my order?
    If you did not receive an email or text immediately after placing your order, send us an email. In the email include your name, address and order details. We would confirm receipt or non receipt of your order within 24 hours.
  • Can I change or cancel my order?
    We are unable to change your order. However, we can cancel your order if cancellation request is received before shipping. Please include name, address and order number when emailing cancellation request. Refunds for cancellation will be processed to the original form of payment and can take 5-7 business days to process.
  • What if my package shows delivered but I did not receive it?
    All orders are shipped through USPS and includes insurance up to $100. If your tracking number states delivered but you have not received it, please file a claim with USPS directly. If any assistance is needed, please reach out to our team via email.
